SHIPPING & RETURNS
We totally get it, sometimes things don't work out. But don't sweat it, we've got you covered! Our return policy gives you a full 30 days from the date of purchase to decide if you're in love with your TourTee purchase.
Now, we gotta lay down a few ground rules.
If an item is marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase, we can't take it back unless it's faulty. And come on, let's be real, you can't wear it and then try to return it (that's just not cool). So, make sure to initiate the return and get it in the post within 30 days of your purchase date.
Also, we know hygiene is important, but if you've opened the package and the seal is broken on an item, unfortunately, we can't accept a return.
But, if you're just not feeling it, email email@example.com and explain the situation to our sales team. We'll take it from there and make sure you're taken care of!

That's why we offer same-day shipping with Australia Post. And for our international customers, expect up to 3 weeks in delivery time. We promise to do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but if a kangaroo gets in the way, we can't be held responsible. (Kidding, we don't really blame kangaroos, they're too cute).
We charge USD $8.95 for small orders and offer free shipping for orders over $40.
